TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

 

TICKET SALES

General
Tickets can be ordered online, in writing or by telephone. The dates communicated in the media by INTERLAKEN CLASSICS for the respective official start of sales apply.

Online bookings are possible at www.kulturticket.ch. Written ticket orders can be sent to INTERLAKEN CLASSICS, Postfach 162, 3800 Interlaken, using an order form, or by fax +41 (0)33 821 21 16.

fees
In addition to the published ticket prices, there is a charge for packaging and shipping.

pay
The amount due can be paid by credit card, invoice or a voucher from INTERLAKEN CLASSICS. When paying by invoice, the tickets remain reserved for 10 days from the invoice date. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled.

shipment
The following shipping methods are possible: Delivery by post, to a shipping address specified by the customer or Print@Home. We kindly ask you to check the cards sent to you immediately, since complaints received later can no longer be considered. If it cannot be guaranteed that the customer will receive the tickets in time, they will be available for collection at the concert box office.

Print@Home
Special terms of use apply to Print@Home tickets. Only tickets with impeccable print quality and a legible barcode entitle the holder to enter. The ticket is valid for a single entry and will be validated at the first check. If there are several copies with the same barcode in circulation, the first validated ticket is valid.

duplicates
If possible, we will create duplicates for lost concert tickets.
card redemption
In principle, tickets can neither be exchanged nor returned (exception: sold-out events).

resale
The resale of tickets at prices higher than those shown on the tickets is prohibited.

price reduction
The discounts communicated in the INTERLAKEN CLASSICS media apply.

cancellation of events
INTERLAKEN CLASSICS reserves the right to cancel events at short notice. In this case, the purchase price shown on the card will be fully refunded. Further claims for damages are excluded. Unless otherwise stated, refund claims can be made up to 10 days after the event date. Cast and program changes as well as relocation of the venue do not entitle the holder to claim back the ticket price. If an event has to be postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

seating plan
INTERLAKEN CLASSICS reserves the right (e.g. in the case of concert broadcasts or recordings) to change the seating plan and to allocate the customer other (equal or better) seats if the seat booked is no longer available as a result of the change made or if the enjoyment of the perception of this place is significantly impaired.

Late arrival of customers
Out of consideration for the musicians and the audience, late customers will only be admitted during the intermission or when instructed by the hall staff.

image and sound recordings
At all INTERLAKEN CLASSICS events, customers are strictly prohibited from making any kind of image or sound recordings.

Devices with acoustic signals
All devices with acoustic signals (mobile phones, watches, etc.) must be switched off during performances.

House rule
The house rules of the house in which the respective INTERLAKEN CLASSICS event takes place apply. Customers who disturb the event through their behavior can be expelled from the event by the hall team or security personnel.

privacy
INTERLAKEN CLASSICS can process the personal information given to us when you place your order and use it for its own advertising purposes. The customer hereby agrees. INTERLAKEN CLASSICS does not trade in customer data.

liability
INTERLAKEN CLASSICS is only liable for damage suffered by a customer when attending an INTERLAKEN CLASSICS event in the event of grossly negligent or intentional breach of contractual obligations by INTERLAKEN CLASSICS. Liability for consequential damages and lost profits is excluded.

Change of Terms and Conditions
INTERLAKEN CLASSICS is entitled to adapt and change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes in connection with ticket sales and the implementation of the events is Thun, Switzerland. Swiss law is applicable.)
