On April 13, 2025 we are looking forward to welcoming the Parallel Quartet from Madrid to our stage. This extraordinary string quartet is dedicated to the magical combination of film music and classical instrumentation, bringing the emotional power of iconic film soundtracks directly into the concert.

With their program specially put together for our festival, the four musicians take the audience into the sound worlds of unforgettable film classics. You can hear moving melodies such as “For the Love of a Princess” from Braveheart, the epic suite from The Lord of the Rings, and the captivating composition “Cornfield Chase” from Interstellar. Hans Zimmer's touching "Now we are free" from Gladiator and Ennio Morricone's legendary soundtrack to Once Upon a Time in America will also make the evening unforgettable.
This concert not only offers a reliving of great film scenes through music, but also the opportunity to feel the emotional depth of these masterpieces in a new, very direct way. From the vastness of Africa (Out of Africa) to the dramatic waves of Pearl Harbor: the music touches, tells stories and opens up new perspectives on well-known classics.
